ASX-8000 – Professional multifunction rack
The ASX-8000 is a multi-function rack designed for intensive professional use, ideal for gyms and training centres that require maximum fluidity of movement, structural strength and operational versatility. The structure is made of high-strength steel with 75×75 mm square section tubing and a thickness of 3 mm, for superior stability even under heavy loads.
The adjustable dual pulley system covers a range from 312 to 1862 mm over 31 levels with a 50 mm centre distance and is combined with a 2×90 kg steel weight stack. The transmission ratios are optimised for each function: 1:1 for the Smith bar, 2:1 for the dual pulley and 2:1 for the lat pull down, ensuring extremely smooth and progressive action.
The 1996 mm Smith barbell slides on ultra-smooth linear bearings and is equipped with a double safety system with hooks. Vertical adjustment is possible on 11 levels (537–1837 mm, 130 mm pitch), with a minimum height from the ground of 407 mm on the safety hooks. It holds discs with a standard diameter of 50 mm.
The ultra-smooth plastic pulley system reduces friction and noise, improving the quality of movement during each exercise.
